 Concatenate multiple trajectories into one long trajectory
- Parameters
 - trajsiterable of trajectories
 Combine these into one trajectory
- check_topologybool
 Make sure topologies match before joining
- discard_overlapping_framesbool
 Check for overlapping frames and discard
